Overview

What are datacenter proxies?

A datacenter proxy uses an IP address owned by a hosting or cloud provider rather than a home or mobile connection. Websites can tell it is datacenter traffic, but it is the most affordable option per IP.

IPv4 works with any website. IPv6 is cheaper and sold from 10 IPs per order, but it only works with targets that accept IPv6 connections.

Datacenter proxy FAQ

More questions? Email support@aptproxy.com.

What is the difference between IPv4 and IPv6 datacenter proxies?

IPv4 works with every website and starts at $4.25 per IP. IPv6 starts at $0.48 per IP with a minimum of 10 IPs, but only works with targets that support IPv6.

Why is there a minimum of 10 IPv6 proxies?

IPv6 is sold from 10 IPs per order (up to 500).

Do datacenter proxies support SOCKS5?

IPv4 proxies have an HTTP port and, where the provider issues one, a SOCKS5 port. IPv6 orders are either HTTPS or SOCKS5, chosen when you order.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. The per-IP price drops by up to 10% as the quantity in one order grows.

What happens at the end of the period?

Auto-renew is on by default and renews the order from your wallet before it expires. Switch it off to let the proxies expire.
